Frequently Asked Questions When can we check into the Bridal Suite? Your Bridal Suite Check in starts at 2pm for a standard package, if you will need it for longer than a 2 hour period we have bigger wedding packages that give you more access Do I need a wedding coordinator for this venue? If you choose to do a DIY wedding package instead of our "wedding packages" you will need a wedding coordinator to help you time your wedding ceremony. If you choose the Wedding Packages we include someone to keep you on schedule. Can I add on flowers to my wedding package? Yes, we will do a separate quote for your flowers. Can I bring in my catering? Yes you can bring in pre cooked catering Where does the Groom get ready? We have another serving station that can be converted to a groom's lounge in higher priced packages Where do most people have their dance floor? Most people rent the Speakeasy as their dancefloor station. If you are wanting to be on a budget you can use the courtyard or do a room flip after dinner. Do we get a rehearsal? Yes you do get a 1 hour free rehearsal with an onsite coordinator for wedding packages Do you have a space that children can be babysat in? Yes we do - you will need to have a person watching the children as that is not something the venue does. 1 person per 7 children. Do you have vendors we can select from? We have a recommended vendor list, we do not charge our clients extra to use outside vendors - we do however ask you to provide insurance for all vendors coming in. Do you allow animals on wedding days? Yes you may bring your fur baby on the big day - please make sure that you take out a separate insurance policy for your pets being apart of your special day. Do you all handle all the cleaning and the garbage? We have packages that include garbage and cleanup services, but they are not automatically included in base line packages When does everything have to be out of the venue? 2am is our cutoff for everything being out. In the case that your event supplies are left in an untimely manner we will do a charge back of a removal fee for heavy items or place everything else by our dumpster. Of course if something is considered valuable like jewelry or a phone we will reach out to you - this policy is in place so that our next person in the venue the following day is able to enjoy the venue as much as you all did. Can we BYOB? Yes, your guests can BYOB but it must be labeled with names and placed behind the bar and monitored by a bartender. What are the tour stipulations? We are open by appointment only, please schedule an appointment to attend the facility with another vendor. We limit 3 1 hour tours per client event per wedding outside of their initial walk through and their rehearsal.
