Wedding Day Timeline Here You have access to the facility all day, we will be fully setting up everything that you brought in from the night prior. Our goal is to make sure that everything is setup for you by 1:00 Most brides will check into the bridal suite at 9:00 with their friends and bridesmaids Get Ready and First Look happen before the guests arrive around 2pm if you want a first look Wedding Ceremony starts at 4:00 guests arrive at 3:30 American Wedding Ceremonies that are not religiously bound by sacrament typically last 30 minutes At this point family photos will happen, if you didn't want a first look then you will have to do your portraits at this time too - your guests will be getting their drinks and appetizers at cocktail hour at 4:30-5:30 or 5:00-6:00 The gap here is because sometimes guests can take their time getting seated or their personal florals on - we account for this in every wedding. DJ will announce you, You will do your first dance and then immediately cut the cake and sit down to eat your meal - our staff will serve you so you do not have to get into line you can pay additionally for servers but it is another cost. Although we never like to rush anyone, if you have a first dance to do it is encouraged not to socialize a ton at this time so you can stay on the timeline and then transition into the after party after Mother of Groom Dance and Father of Bride Dance We'd like for you to be finished eating by 6:45 Speeches happen immediately after dances-we serve the cake at this time The DJ will then make an announcement to transition the event to an after party experience During this time staff will clean off all tables as people leave their empty plates, to go boxes and cocktail plates will be available by leftover food for people to pick through the night. The Last Call is at 12:30am and then all guests must be gone by 1:30 all vehicles must be gone by 2:00AM
