Do we get additional setup time?
Packages after 4pm may have flexibility with this if you have ordered a large package from the venue, additional setup and teardown hours are not included in DIY rental parties.
Where is parking for the guests?
Guest Parking is directly in front of the building for long term parking, if you have lots of additional guests than parking or book on a busy day we can arrange parking nearby with another lot that we secure on busy downtown days. This link below can be copied and pasted to be put on your guest's invitations
Do you allow Outside Vendors?
Yes, we allow Outside Vendors for all vendors except bartending. We only use in house bartending services that also maintain our venue's rules
