Weddings at Downtown Social Onsite weddings can add the prices to the Mood board to $3750 (this is our base package that includes all the dishes, linens, bar services, candle lighting, and your help of getting down the aisle
Weddings Offsite Pricing will need to be adjusted to your needs as well as your venue location. We also have to do an "offservice fee" if you choose for us to come and get everything at the end of the night. This will be waived if you choose to bring it back the following day to our facility. These packages do not include linens, dishes, silverware, chargers, or wine glasses. So we will only be setting up what is included in the rates - we arrive 3 hours prior to the time that your detail shots are taken. Your coordinator is responsible for lighting all the candles, or turning them on if you have to have batteries, pinning boutineers ( we suggest 30 minutes before ceremony for children) 1 hour prior for men. If you want to purchase a coordination package from us we plan out to 18 months and have full planning services. Our minimum for offsite events is $2200
Dinner party events that want flowers If you do not like the displays that are for the baby showers and birthdays and need something more elegant, we adjust your pricing to not include any bouquets which is generally $899 off. We still have to adjust travel times to and from the venue as well as late night staff if your event ends after 10. Our minimum for offsite events with delicate floral designs is $2200
