Traditional Room + Courtyard Parties

Our venue is perfectly designed to accommodate larger events, offering a spacious open area that be tailored to your needs. With ample seating, guests can enjoy comfortable tables and chairs, our inviting outdoor space provides the ideal for mingling and socializing. Whether you're hosting a wedding, corporate gathering or a special celebration, our venue ensures that your event can flow seamlessly between indoor comfort and the beauty of the outdoors. Adult Birthdays and Anniversaries after 4pm Adult Birthday Parties* after 4pm  If you plan on having a dance floor we have 2 different packages  ​ Fridays in the Traditional Room after 4pm is a $1200 minimum based on $180 per hour ​ Saturdays in the Traditional Room + Courtyard(will serve as your dance floor) $1800 package minimum based on $180 per hour  ​ if you upgrade and want BOTH buildings  Saturday in ​The Traditional Room and Courtyard will be your dinner area and your dancefloor will be in the Speakeasy pricing will be $3000 minimum based on $300 per hour Friday is a minimum of $2250

Kid's Birthdays under 13 ending before 4pm Packages like this can be priced at $180 per hour or we can theme your event if you need both buildings before 4 it is $300 per hour

Quinceaneras check in 3pm These packages we recommend doing our wedding based package which starts at $2700 for just the Traditional Room (not recommended for more than 65*) dance floor will HAVE to be in courtyard unless you have a room flip for both buildings we recommend a package for $3750

Sweet 16's We recommend under 65 guests for this room and it's an $1800 package minimum Both building Rentals are $3000

Speakeasy Parties

Welcome to our intimate space designed for smaller gatherings and luxurious parties for up 40 guests. Whether you're looking for a cozy secondary area to the Traditional Room or a unique venue for a speakeasy-style mingling event, our space provides the perfect for memorable occasions. Experience elegance and charm as you celebrate with friends and loved ones an inviting setting.

Adult Birthdays and Anniversaries after 4pm Adult Birthday Parties* after 4pm  If you plan on having a dance floor we have 2 different packages  ​ Saturdays in the Traditional Room + Courtyard(will serve as your dance floor) $1200 package minimum based on $120 per hour  Fridays are $900 for the night as a minimum ​ if you upgrade and want BOTH buildings  Saturday in ​The Traditional Room and Courtyard will be your dinner area and your dancefloor will be in the Speakeasy pricing will be $3000 minimum based on $300 per hour Friday is a minimum of $2250

Quinceaneras check in 3pm Most of the time we do not recommend Quince's in here because of the way that the room is - and you don't have a lot of room for your setup if you have less than 35 people total it can happen but there is not a dance floor $1200 minimum for both buildings we recommend a package for $3750

Our goal is to grow Downtown Social beyond one space and into a collection of unique, historic spaces that deserve a little love, attention, and new life.  As we grow, we hope to create opportunities for women to use their creativity, talents, and passion for design and decor to bring unforgettable celebrations to life.  We want to find beautiful spaces with stories to tell and transform them into places where people can gather, celebrate, and create memories.  When you support Downtown Social, you aren't just supporting a venue or an owner - you are supporting a team of talented young women who pour their dreams into every event.  Every celebration helps us continue building into something bigger and better for historic communities and people's most special days.
