Up to 80 guests seated, 100 mingling Please read ALL POLICIES on our site. We do not issue refund for this item at all This item does not include bartending- if you have a bartending add on please add that on for this day. The bar must be closed 1 hour before party ends This CAN NOT be booked IF we feel there is an issue with safety we will reschedule your event There is NO PARKING in the back of the building and will incur a $250 for any guest who parks in the back
